We are extremely excited to offer this one of a kind museum quality Art Nouveau ring from the early 19th Century. Handcrafted by one of the most famous, if not the most famous Jeweler Rene Lalique and his apprentice Paul Briancon!

Featuring a brilliant 3.0 Carat near flawless Diamond with an old mine faceted cut... Making the diamond look as though it were close to 5 carats! Absolutely beautiful detailed black enamel and Gold scales make up the body of this snake bringing it to life as only René Lalique could do.

Last picture is of only other example of Rene Lalique and Paul Briancon's Serpant ring known to exist, which is currently held in the private museum collection of the Lalique family. L mark for Rene Lalique as well as a French Assay mark for 18K Gold.

The weight of the piece is over 10.5 grams and the dimensions are 3" X 1.5 ". There is little to no wear as this piece was kept in a collector's cherished collection...
