Vintage CARTIER Mid-Century Madeira CITRINE 14 Kt Gold DIAMONDS Cocktail RING

Offered is this wonderful, mid-Century, cocktail ring from Cartier. Made of 14 Kt yellow gold, it boasts a beautiful Madeira Citrine (very "in" during the 1940's and 1950's) that weighs an estimated 6 - 7 carats and measures 3/8" by 1/2". The color is warm and captivating. On either side are two lovely and clean diamonds of approximately 15 points each. The inside of the shank is marked: "14K Cartier" and bears the serial number 36905.

It fits a size 6-3/4 to 7 finger and can be sized without affecting the marks. Dates to the 1950's and is in very good to excellent condition with only nominal surface wear.
