SML Gold Medal tenor saxophone 1961-62

SML Gold Medal tenor saxophone. Serial 17221 wich dates to 1961-62. Being a Gold Medal MkI it has all the features you are looking for and wich made the SML price winning back in the days. It has the dark gold colour that you want on saxes from this era. This sax is in VERY good shape in terms of original laqcuer, straight body and a very nice original look.

It plays with some effort just enough for you to hear the beautiful (and loud) sound! That this is to be restores! To be playable maybe just some adjustments but to be a player you are looking at total restorsion, the pads are old (my guess is original). Comes in original case that looks great!
