Cartier 1930's or 1940's 18kt Gold Anchor Link Bracelet Unisex

Cartier, Made in France fully hallmarked Anchor Link Bracelet. There is a 5 digit number that is still slightly visible on the last link along with 18kt hallmark. The closure link is amazingly constructed to conceal the closure.

The anchor links appear to be hollow construction, as it was probably made during the war while use of metal was rationed(at least that is what I was told when I took it to be evaluated). It has been reviewed by Sotheby's NY in 2012.

Includes very rare original Cartier box in a most beautiful pale chartreuse with gold filigree. Bracelet length outer edge to edge is 8" by just over 1/2" (9/16) link width.
